Support From informal questions and answers in a clinical setting to more structured mentoring in our Fellowship Program, our managers provide support and encouragement throughout the stages of an employee's career. We were a pioneer in offering flexible work arrangements and work/life benefits, and employees today are encouraged to structure work schedules that fit their personal needs. We are unique in the many, varied programs we offer to enhance therapists' skills and advance their careers. Our Fellowship Program provides support and mentoring to new graduates and therapists re-entering the workforce.

Environment From the highest levels of management down, we work on a daily basis to empower employees. We do this by seeking and valuing employees' input through focused workgroups, task forces and surveys. We meet regularly with small groups of employees to hear suggestions for improvement and gain valuable feedback. Employees routinely help shape clinical and employee programs and play a major role in our quality improvement process, as well as their own career path. When it comes to practice settings, our therapists work in beautiful facilities with state-of-the-art equipment.
